Q: Do I need to have an appointment?

Yes, we see patients by appointment only. We do our best to schedule each patient according to their needs. Emergencies should proceed to the office immediately, although a quick phone call to advise us of the situation is helpful.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and CareCredit. We are also a Trupanion Express practice, which enables Trupanion to pay us directly, so you don't have to pay out of pocket and wait for their reimbursement. Learn more here.  

Q: Can I pay you in installments?

We do offer payment plans through CareCredit. You can learn about our CareCredit 6-month payment option and sign up here

Q: Do you board pets?

No, we do not have boarding facilities on site.

Q: I found an orphaned bird/squirrel/chipmunk/etc.
What do I do?
